LOVE is nearing the end of its 2016 advent calendar and day 26 counts down with plus-sized model Ashley Graham. She was named 2016′s breakout supermodel by Vogue with good reason – she’s shaken the sample-size model stereotype.
She told Vogue:
“Rather than looking in the mirror and thinking, ‘I’m too fat, I’m not pretty enough, I don’t look like the models I see in magazines,’ we’re now saying, ‘I love myself, I’m happy with my body, I’m beautiful.’ We’ve completely disrupted the fashion industry, broadened the definition of beauty, and changed the lives of so many people who felt inadequate because of their size.”
Graham was directed by Phil Poynter in a role inspired by the 1988 Who Framed Roger Rabbit. She’s the notorious Jessica Rabbit. Watch above and see more videos here.
