Public School's 2017 Spring/Summer Lookbook Goes From Stables to Streets
Dao-Yi Chow and Maxwell Osborne are really horsing around.
Dao-Yi Chow and Maxwell Osborne are New Yorkers through and through — and although it appears they left the Big Apple behind to present their latest for Public School, they actually did not. Brooklyn’s Kensington Stables is the setting for the duo’s Spring/Summer 2017 lookbook, an apt location which translates the collection’s cross between prep-school and high-end street. While Public School is literally horsing around with this one, the pieces themselves offer both sophistication and attitude, mixing the use of crests, tartans and button-downs with heavy layering, over-distressing and elongated silhouettes.
