As a talented dancer herself, Tinashe has a brilliant, ballet-inspired workout that is part of her regular routine. In case you did’t know, the singer was a competitive ballet, tap, jazz and hip-hop dancer throughout her childhood. To demonstrate this, the artist has recently collaborated with Allure on a tutorial video showing her four-step workout routine. In order to warm up her legs and feet, she begins by doing some pliés. She also demonstrates ballet moves such as the demi-plié, grand plié and relevé in the video. “You actually have no idea how hard this actually is,” says the singer while she seems to pull through the entire programme with ease.
