Puddles Be Damned: The adidas Stan Smith Is Reworked with GORE-TEX
Because winter is coming.
With the winter season fast approaching, adidas has already started gearing up for the forthcoming months of rain and snow. Reworking the classic Stan Smith silhouette, Three Stripes now offers two new models constructed with GORE-TEX, which is used all through the inner lining. In the first variant, a “Core Black” palette covers the nubuck upper. For the second version, an iconic combination of white and green is utilized for the makeup — a GORE-TEX tag on the heel adds a final finishing touch.
Each GORE-TEX Stan Smith retails for approximately $150 USD and is currently available at Afew and colette. A stateside release is expected soon.
