In anticipation of her upcoming studio album, Austrian born-artist Mavi Phoenix has recently unveiled the visuals for her latest track, “Quiet.” Inspired by iconic artists like David Bowie and Queens of the Stone Age ever since childhood, the up-and-coming singer’s music is a cross between urban-rap and pop-rock. The new music video sees Phoenix leading a rebellious girl gang through day and night.

Speaking of the filming process, the 21-year-old artist explains:

The idea for the video came around quite naturally, really. The most important thing was to show me how I am. We just went with the flow and improvised a lot. The mosaic car, for instance, was found by coincidence and there is a ridiculous story of how we had to negotiate to be allowed to shoot in front of it.
