Online clothing boutique Nasty Gal is reported to be filing for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection in order to reorganize its business. According to sources, founder Sophia Amoruso will resign as the executive chairwoman of her company. In addition, Nasty Gal’s current director Danny Rimer is also expected to step down from the board.
First established in 2006 when Amoruso was only 22 years old, Nasty Gal had been a popular fast-fashion shopping destination among millennial consumers.
