Coach 1941's 2017 Pre-Fall Collection Is a Mash-Up of Everything Cool
Margot Tenenbaum vibes.
Coach 1941 creative director Stuart Vevers has recently presented the brand’s 2017 pre-fall collection at New York’s Pier 94. While its 2017 spring/summer runway show was packed with elements of punk rock, the American heritage brand’s latest presentation sees a mix of nostalgic prints and space-inspired designs. There are leather jackets decorated all over with patches featuring planets and stars, as well as a handful of plaid sweaters and blouses reminiscent of a school girl’s uniform. Also highlighted on the runway are knit crewnecks boasting a quirky graphic of a sundae, sweatshirts featuring the logo of NASA, and a number of floral and cheetah-print frocks that cool-girl muse Margot Tenenbaum would probably wear.
