Legendary Hollywood star Debbie Reynolds has passed away at the age of 84, just one day after her daughter Carrie Fisher‘s untimely passing. The sad news was confirmed by Reynolds’ son Todd Fisher, who told Variety that his mother “wanted to be with Carrie.” Starred in various films including the 1952 classic Singin’ in the Rain, the actress was an icon in the ’50s and ’60s. It was reported that Reynolds had suffered from a stroke and was taken to a Los Angeles hospital on Wednesday.
