The PUMA Basket Heart debuted last month to great demand – a closer look at the new sneaker lets you know why. Who could deny a girly makeover on the original PUMA Basket?
PUMA hailed Alysha Nett to model the brand new court classic with photographer and DJ Allie Layus behind the camera. You may recognize the latter with her involvement with Virgin Gold Cult – an agency that delivers “cool and casual” on a retro mood to produce each aesthetic.
The editorial delivered just that – the satin-bow capped Basket Hearts have never been more SoCal cool. White and black patent leather on the sneakers are styled with a plaid skirt and red sweater combo and a more casual monochrome layering on model Nett. Tattoos and ombre pink hair contrast against the sky.
