Moschino's Latest Capsule Collection Is Literally Smoking

#ITSLIT.

Smokers may be drawn to the latest capsule collection by Italian luxury brand Moschino, inspired by the age-old habit. Using iconic designs found on cigarette packaging and paraphernalia like matchbooks, the fashion house channeled the culture and lifestyle behind smoking, while also funneling in tidbits of fashion aesthetics into the overall designs. Phrasing such as “Fashion Kills” play off of the cigarette warnings commonly — and boldly — found on boxes that mimic the lifestyle perfectly, along with burning-effect tees and playful cigarette lips which further extend on the symbolism. Find the collection to hit online over at Stylebop beginning February 28.
