Every season, the Supreme drop is something to behold. And while the physical line before its stores is predominantly men, women love the Supreme collections just as much. Such hype demands attention so we’ve decided to sort through the delivery and present you with the must-cop items of the first drop, so that if/when you’re in line or online, you’ll be prepared for your plan of attack. We’ve got you covered.
For the boys, hit up the Spring/Summer 2016 must-buy’s article over at HYPEBEAST.
Supreme presented a strong selection of outerwear this season, and our personal favorites from the whole collection are included above. Our picks include a Gonz Butterfly BDU and metallic half-zip windbreaker, the latter of which is in collaboration with long-time partners Champion. Get a two-for-one in a bright orange reversible-checkered MA-1 or go monochromatic in the Betty Boop satin club bomber. We’re predicting these to sell out fast, so act quick.
We kept it basic for sweatshirts, choosing predominantly monochromatic pieces. Perfect for layering, we see simple graphics on a Pure Fear hooded sweatshirt and another in tribute to the designs of artist Alessandro Mendini. If you’re feeling retro, take note of Supreme’s take on a two-tone velour tracksuit.
T-shirts & Tops
The face of the next Supreme celebrity campaign is none other than The Smiths frontman, Morrissey. A perfect merger of pop culture with streetwear, this soon-to-be iconic T-shirt was a given on our list. We’re also eyeing the red-blue color block rugby and striped polo sweater for some cool prep-school vibes.
Perhaps the easiest items to coordinate this season is Supreme’s assortment of accessories. We’re going for the six-paneled caps in the PARIS-emblazoned and script logo pastel ranges. Look to the mesh duffle bags for the perfect gym accompaniment and get that adrenaline pumping with the Supreme-branded collaborative heavy bag with Everlast — this season’s collaboration that will have fans and newcomers scratching their heads while they wait to pay.
