It is a small wonder why PUMA has decided to join forces with Kylie Jenner and name her the new face of the brand. With over 54.2 million followers on her Instagram account, the young star has proved to be one of the most influential personalities of our generation. Revealing her first ad campaign for PUMA via Instagram, it features her in a new sneaker called the PUMA “Fierce,” as well as the latest apparel in the form of eye-catching leggings and a sports bra. The new sneaker has a silhouette similar to Rihanna’s Fenty Trainer, save for the extended tongue as seen in the latter. The PUMA “Fierce” trainer is set for release on April 1. Considering Kylie’s influence and how successful her other collaborations with other brands have been, it is pretty concrete that her affiliation with Puma will help the brand establish an appeal among younger consumers.
