Nike Air Max MP Ultra HTM by Mark Parker Blends the New and Old

Nike debuts another HTM shoe this week, this time from Mark Parker. The Air Max MP Ultra blends both Parker’s design past with the future, using jacquard technology to create a gradient, pixelated effect on the shoe’s upper. The silhouette itself finds inspiration from his V-Series line along with the Air Max BW, as evidenced from the bubble in the sole. Modern touches, like the use of premium leather throughout, complement the cut-and-sew side panel elements that pay tribute to running shoes designed in the 1980’s. For $200 USD, the Air Max MP Ultra will be available on Air Max Day, March 26, at Overkill.
