The Nike Classic Cortez Gets a Beautiful "Cherry Blossom" Rework

Another stunning model inspired by Japan’s famous sakura trees.

Following a string of releases featuring a beautiful cherry blossom rework in silhouettes that include the Air Max 1 and SB Stefan Janoski Max PRM, Nike now unveils yet another iteration. This time around, the Classic Cortez trainer gets a floral upgrade that highlights a pastel print throughout the upper, inspired by Japan’s famous sakura trees. Leather segments on the toe cap, heel counter and Swoosh branding on the side panel add premium accents to the sneaker. Rounding off the look is an iconic white Cortez midsole, partially bisected by a sleek band of blue, as well as a textured outsole and an azure Nike tongue tag.
