Beyoncé has proved to be one of the most influential artists in the world, being an empowering voice for women, LGBTQ rights, and the black community. It is, therefore, unsurprising that she is so well-loved and respected by fans worldwide. In fact, Minnesota has such admiration for Queen Bey that the governor of the state, Mark Dayton, has declared May 23 as Beyoncé Day. With an official proclamation closed with his seal, we can hardly deny it.
