Bodega x Filling Pieces Present a Chinese Porcelain-Inspired Mountain Cut Trainer
Art begets art.
Boston’s Bodega and Amsterdam’s Filling Pieces have teamed up to create a unique trainer that crosses cultural boundaries in more ways than one. The contemporary Mountain Cut sees a stunning design, inspired by the intricately designed, ornamented porcelain originating from 14th century China, which the rest of the world clamored for soon after. The shoe’s premium white leather base upper is adorned in elaborate blue, sitting atop a vulcanized sole. Gunmetal eyelets, tonal laces and an extended tongue complete the silhouette, which will be released by Bodega online and in-store for $250 USD on May 7.
