Illustrator David Murray Reimagines Badass Female Movie Villains in Haute Couture

Bad never looked so good.

Reimagining some of Hollywood’s most iconic female villains, London-based illustrator David Murray garbs the diabolical ladies in sleek haute couture looks. Shared via tumblr, the artist shares a series of sketches that reinterprets notable 2016 spring/summer pieces on these stunning femme fatales. Included in the set are: Catwoman (Michelle Pfeiffer in Batman Returns) in Christopher Kane, Poison Ivy (Uma Thurman in Batman & Robin) in Dries Van Noten, May Day (Grace Jones in James Bond: A View to a Kill) in Jacquemus, Elle Driver (Daryl Hannah in Kill Bill) in Vetements, O-Ren Ishii (Lucy Liu in Kill Bill) in Marni, and Harley Quinn (Margot Robbie in Suicide Squad) in Haider Ackermann.
