Fergie's Back With a Vengeance In "Hungry (1st Byte)"
“They know that I’m a problem, that’s why everybody scared.”
The Dutchess was Fergie’s first and last solo album back in 2006, and 10 years later she’s back with all new music and a new attitude. The Black Eyed Peas front-woman presents visuals for “Hungry (1st Byte),” a jarring look at her return — borderline sinister and menacing, she obviously did not come to play any games. Her transformation is evident, literally as she takes scissors to her hair, and matched in the lyrics themselves:
“To say it’s complicated, understatement of the year/ Well maybe conflict made it the new flavor in your ear/ They know that I’m a problem, that’s why everybody scared/ Whatever doesn’t kill you, can make you an ill-ionaire”
Watch above while we wait for her upcoming project’s official release date.
