Is anyone surprised?

GQ unveils its 10th annual “Love, Sex, and Madness” issue, and on it is none other than Kim Kardashian West. Arguably a modern sex symbol, the 35-year-old and mother of two does what she does best for her first cover for the men’s magazine: ooze sensuality and show off her figure throughout her feature shot by Mert Alas & Marcus Piggot. Although KKW often refers to herself as The Wife of Pablo, it’s made clear: “Kanye might be the artistic genius in the family, but Kim is the CEO.”
