Nike Goes Back to Nature With New Air Rift Premium
Inspired by the Great Rift Valley.
Celebrating the return of its split-toe sandals, Nike is offering the Air Rift in a premium iteration with a very interesting upper. Going back to it original inspiration from the Great Rift Valley (the continental geographic trench that runs through Kenya) the upper sports a unique graphic achieved from a special Kenyan dyeing technique. Featuring shades of “Dark Obsidian” and “Summit White,” a hit of vivid pink can be seen on the heel and toe box. Completed with a white Phylon midsole unit and gum outsole, the sneaker-sandal hybrid can be found at Nike retailers for $160 USD.
