Karl Lagerfeld Wants to Customize Your Sneakers
One-of-a-kind kicks from the Kaiser.
Karl Lagerfeld is giving NIKEiD a run for its money, adding sneaker customization to his empire. Beginning June 7, Chanel’s creative director will offer the service on his eponymous site with all the fixings needed to create your own kicks. You can personalize 10 different elements, from hardware and logos to shoelaces and linings, on either metallic leather, suede or exotic skin uppers. It’ll cost you between $325 and $3,875 USD and take about six weeks to ship before getting your hands on your one-of-a-kind Karls.
