KILLSPENCER's 2016 "Bone" Collection Experiments With a Neutral Tone
Taupe is the new black.
Breaking from its traditional black aesthetic, KILLSPENCER now introduces the “Bone” collection made of taupe nubuck leather. The eight-piece collection features a range of its signature travel accessories, athletic gear, and everyday carry items, which include a daypack, an overnight duffle, and even a football. KILLSPENCER emphasizes that the beauty of taupe leather is its ability to age exquisitely over time, adding a bespoke touch to each individual design. Made in its LA workshop with quality materials such as Swiss-made Riri zippers, nickel hardware and double-sided nubuck leather handles, the products are aesthetically pleasing and durable. The label also offers monogramming services to its customers to create a more personalized piece.
To promote the collection, KILLSPENCER worked with Alex Nazari to produce a short film featuring the song “Losing You” by Jesse Boykins III and Chrome Sparks. Watch the film below or preview the collection in the lookbook above. The “Bone” collection is now available on KILLSPENCER’s webstore.
