Japanese label Roen by Hiromu Takahara has teamed up with Sanrio once again for an adorable range of Hello Kitty-inspired tees. With the popularity of heavy metal concepts in collections from the likes of Vetements and Barneys x Justin Bieber, Roen’s latest collaborative capsule also hones in on the trend with a series of graphics portraying what seems to be a Hello Kitty rock group. Backed by an undead band of punk skeletons, everyone’s favorite mouthless cat takes on the role of lead singer while sporting badass stitches across her face that give off a spooky Frankenstein-esque vibe. The tees are available in either color or monochrome versions. The Hello Kitty x Roen collection is available now at Roen in-store and online.
