Tinder's New Social Function Allows Users to Go on Group Dates
You can now hang out with your potential partners all at once.
Tinder has recently launched a new feature that allows users to meet up in groups. While a beta version has previously been available in Australia, the dating app now launches its new function globally. With the new social meeting service, users can invite their friends to join them on their dates. This new social function will let you know which of your Facebook friends are users of the app, and it will also allow you to view your friends’ profiles.
“Tinder Social is designed to make it as easy as possible to plan your night, get out into the real world and meet new people,” Tinder’s co-founder Sean Rad explained. “The new feature takes the Tinder experience to a new level, offering our users more ways to expand their social circles and interact with potential matches. We believe it’s the ultimate tool for planning your next adventure.” To gain access to the new feature, simply download the latest version of the app and “unlock” Tinder social. Users can then create groups with a maximum of four members. It is noteworthy that groups can get matched with other groups as well.
