Everlane Returns to NYC with Urban Oasis Pop-Up "Shoe Park"
Featuring a Glossier Balm Dotcom Bar and full-service Blue Bottle Coffee shop.
Having already hosted a widely successful interactive pop-up shop in SoHo back in May, Everlane now returns to NYC with another concept shop: Shoe Park. Launching this past Friday, September 23, the pop-up urban oasis will run for a month. As with the last event, the central theme remains the same — Shoe park is a self-guided shoe shop with one rule: leave your shoes at the door.
This time around, however, the environment of the space is completely novel — a perfect juxtaposition of city and nature. The e-retailer (that actually opened its first brick-and-mortar store in San Francisco this year) has created a lush urban escape that features well over 550 tropical plants inspired by London’s Barbican centre of performing arts. Surrounded by sumptuous “gardens,” visitors can look through an extensive collection of Italian-made shoes. Guests will also be able to refresh and recharge at the in-house, full-service Blue Bottle Coffee shop and Glossier Balm Dotcom Bar (yes, please!). Shoe Park runs from now until October 23.
