FKA Twigs to Put On a Spooky Art Exhibit About "Fear and Enlightenment"
The London-based show will be Halloween-themed.
FKA Twigs announced a casting call for something “major” a few weeks ago, keeping the project completely hush-hush. There were no details aside from a note that “no talent or style is too extreme,” until now. The enigmatic performer is putting on an “immersive and tactile” art exhibit entitled “Rooms.” Presented as part of The Veuve Clicquot Widow Series, the London-based show will encourage the audience to go on a “journey of self-analysis” and “spiritual exploration.” Those selected from the aforementioned casting will perform and help provoke “fear and enlightenment,” described Twigs in a statement.
“There aren’t always opportunities to make your wildest creative ideas a reality. ‘Rooms’ is one of my most ambitious projects to date so I’m very excited to be bringing it to life for the Veuve Clicquot Widow Series.”
Open October 27 to 28, the exhibit will be Halloween-themed — and already sounds a bit spooky. Tickets starting at £20 can be purchased online.
