Maison Margiela went AWOL during Spring/Summer 2017 with an underwater collection – it was a literal translation with swimsuits and swim caps gone couture. Using two blockbusters to describe the collection, it’s like Finding Nemo meets Star Wars.
Models wore two-pronged sandals intended to resemble diving boots and one-piece “diving” leotards. Diving and aquatic plugs also swam throughout. Check out the collection above.
