Tinder has recently partnered with Spotify to launch a new music feature on the dating app. Users are now allowed to show their favorite music on their profiles as their “Tinder Anthem.” In addition, you can swipe to check out other’s music tastes from their most-played songs and top artists. As Tinder’s CEO Sean Rad explains:

Music is an important part of making new connections and getting to know existing ones. Just like you go to the bar that plays your favorite music, you’re likely attracted to the people at that bar who enjoy the same music. We want to do the same thing with the Spotify integration.

In addition, the dating app and music streaming service will also be teaming up to create a feature dubbed “Tinder Music,” which aims to help users find the right playlist for moments like “Pre-Swipe,” “Discovery,” “Match,” “Love at First Swipe,” and “Date Night.” Check out the video above to learn more.
