A Second Alexander Wang x adidas Originals Drop Is Coming This Spring

With color this time around.

At the Spring/Summer 2017 show Alexander Wang debuted a collaboration with adidas Originals. In a new interview with WSJ the designer behind the eponymous label said a second drop will arrive in Spring.

“This new drop’s got more iconic adidas colors. Like the firebird blue, the Stan Smith green and the soccer-jersey orange.”

The previous 84-piece unisex collection was all black so this one’s going to be one to watch. But you can still expect Wang’s sports culture take on designs – albeit on a DIY tangent. For example, last time:

“We turned the famous adidas trefoil upside down. It’s symbolic. Starting over and tearing things up are always the most inspiring moments for me.”

The debut collection was priced between $80 USD and $200 USD so you can likely expect the same range on the second drop. No word yet on an exact date but stay tuned.
