ALERT: Supreme May Be Making Its Runway Debut at Louis Vuitton's Paris Fashion Week Men's Show
The biggest collab of the year may be revealed TODAY.
Following reports that Supreme is working on a collaboration with Louis Vuitton, the streetwear giant is now rumored to be making its runway debut at the luxury brand’s upcoming Paris Fashion Week runway show. Earlier this month, news regarding a Supreme x Louis Vuitton collection broke when the Parisian fashion house’s artistic director Kim Jones shared an Instagram of a Supreme “Whatever” sticker slapped on a Louis Vuitton bag. Shortly after that, an image showcasing a velour crewneck bearing both Supreme’s box logo and LV’s iconic monogram pattern surfaced online. The photo was reportedly taken by a model at a casting call for Louis Vuitton.
And here’s when things get even more exciting. Yesterday, A$AP Bari posted a video to Instagram Stories of himself vibing to Migos’ “Call Casting” while donning what appears to be a sample of a collaborative Supreme x LV bandana. By way of @rod.muller, we’re also offered a glance at what seems to be a co-branded poster displayed at a Louis Vuitton storefront. Now the question is, will Supreme make its runway debut at Louis Vuitton’s 2017 fall/winter Men’s show at Paris Fashion Week?
Be sure to live-stream the Louis Vuitton show at 7:30 a.m. EST on January 19 to find out.
