British band The xx released their third album, I See You, last year and since then have been busy touring across the globe nonstop. They’ve sold-out arenas and headlined festivals like Oslo’s ØYA – a sign of this band’s remarkable appeal worldwide.
That whirlwind year now culminates in a series of short films, that document the band’s life since I See You released. The first in the series titled, We See You – Berlin, incorporates live performances and documentary-style footage from The xx’s headline show during Berlin’s Lollapalooza festival. Directed by Berlin-based Sylvie Weber, the short film also captures the band’s dedicated Berlin fans who share stories on their love for The xx.
Watch the film above and stay tuned for further films from the series.
