Check out the Grungy Fear of God Collection Inspired by Jay-Z's '4:44'
Featuring denim outerwear.
2017 has been a busy and iconic year for both Fear of God and Jay-Z, we recently shared news about Jerry Lorenzo‘s brand collaboration with Vans. Jay-Z on a similar note dropped 4:44, the Grammy-nominated studio album which reintroduced listeners to his supreme spot in the music industry. To no surprise, both creators just announced a new collection highlighting Jay-Z’s critically acclaimed masterpiece.
“A prophet is without honor in his own country,” the John 4:44 bible scripture is the overarching mission statement of the collection. Lorenzo’s new collection was mainly inspired by “creative conversations” on 4:44 with JAY-Z’s crew. Which eventually led to the forthcoming Fear of God pieces being intrinsically representative of the album’s depth.
All pieces from the collection will be available at the House of God Maxfield Los Angeles pop-up shop on December 21.
