After teasing new footwear in the most recent Drop 3 lookbook, we now take a better look at Alexander Wang‘s latest adidas Originals sneaker: the AW BBall. As we can see in the preview images, the high-top silhouette plays with an array of layered textures. From its wide-set lacing system, to its elastic collar, the upcoming release is an eclectic model that fuses together both modern and vintage-inspired aesthetics.
The sneaker is available in two colorways: one with a tonal black upper, and another rendered with beige/gray/black/cream/white tones. Adding further details to its chunky ’80s profile, the shoe sits atop a BOOST midsole contrasted by various jagged outsole formats.
The adidas Originals AW BBall is expected for an April 1 release, retailing for $260 USD.
