Looking back to days of tracksuits and windbreakers, adidas has just dropped a 2017 spring/summer lookbook heavily inspired by retro aesthetics. Set against the vibrant city of Berlin as its backdrop, the collection showcases Three Stripes’ strong link to football heritage through pieces such as crewneck jersey tops, joggers, half and full-zipped track jackets and more. For womenswear options, vintage items are updated with a contemporary twist — included are selections such as long-sleeve crop tops and track pant-culotte hybrids, to name a few. The cult-classic adidas Samba trainer and ever-popular slides even make an appearance.
Although details are still sparse regarding a stateside release, the range is expected to hit select European stockists soon. Stay tuned here as more information is announced.
