Maison Margiela's 2017 Fall/Winter Show Proves Bags Can Be Worn as Hats

John Galliano continues to push the boundaries of fashion.

John Galliano is definitely one who treats fashion as a form of art. Last season, the designer put on an outer space-meets-underwater runway presentation for Maison Margiela . For Fall/Winter 2017, Galliano continues to push the boundaries of fashion with a uniquely eccentric collection.

Presented during Paris Fashion Week, Maison Margiela’s latest collection is as playful as it gets. Pieces of clothing were cut out and layered on top of whole garments, while handbags were placed on models’ heads as one-of-a-kind headpieces. Scroll through above to see it for yourself.
