Stick-N-Poke Tattoo Artist Tati Compton Releases Self-Titled Book

Over 800 illustrations of Compton’s woman-influenced, home-style tattoos.

Los Angeles-based artist, Tatiana Kartomten, known as Tati Compton by the tattoo community, is releasing over 800 body art illustrations in her first book, TATI. In her early twenties Compton began to experiment with the ‘stick-n-poke‘ technique and grew to become a respected leader in the method.

Exploring the themes of womanhood, life stories and her own Native American heritage, Compton’s curated drawings each tell a compelling story of deep spirituality. Published by Sang Bleu, Compton reconnects with the renowned media house/tattoo studio for an honest and open reflection on the age-old body art technique.

Preorder TATI here for $74 USD.
