Gucci will head to Florence’s Pitti Palace to present its 2018 cruise show on May 29. Set to take place in the Palatina Gallery, the show will be the first of its kind to be held at the Italian landmark.
As a thank you to the city, Gucci will be donating $2.2 million USD to restore the Boboli Gardens around the palace. Creative Director Alessandro Michele continues to use historic locations as show venues having hosted the 2017 resort collection in London’s Westminster Abbey.
