New Balance Teams up with Norse Projects for an Exclusive Sneaker Pack
Inspired by the beautiful sophistication of the University of Copenhagen.
Norse Projects and New Balance have teamed up for a limited edition “Lucem Hafnia” pack, comprised of reworks of the classic 770 model. First introduced in 1986, the fan-favorite runner is rendered with NB’s advanced Fethalite midsole for optimal stability and comfort. This time around, Norse Projects looks to the University of Copenhagen for the collaboration’s source of inspiration. Translating the sophistication and refinement of the building’s University Library, the New Balance 770 is transformed into two different colorways: Brown Navy and Rainy Olive.
Updating the sneaker with embossed New Balance branding on the side panels, additional details include smooth nubuck construction, full grain leather, an EVA midsole, a woven tongue label and lastly, Norse Projects branding on the insoles.
The New Balance by Norse Projects “Lucem Hafnia” pack drops in-store at the Norse Projects flagship location on April 28 at 10:00 a.m. CET, and online at norseprojects.com at 12:00 p.m. CET.
