Long before social media became an indispensable part of our lives, Dani Roche has already been experimenting with ways to utilize the digital space. During her teenage years, she started an e-commerce website with a friend where they sold reworked vintage clothes for fun. And that millennial, DIY spirit just never fade away. Roche has honed her design and problem-solving skills, and from there, she’s turned her hobby into a full-blown creative business.
At 25 years old, Roche is now the owner and director of Toronto-based digital and experiences agency, Kastor & Pollux. Working with an outstanding team of female talents, Roche has come up with thoughtful creative solutions for various brands including Shu Uemura, Maison Kitsuné, Fujifilm and more. This fall, she’s even launching the inaugural collection for her unisex outerwear label Biannual, which promises to be 100% vegan and extremely versatile. Fashion addicts, be sure to keep that on your radar.
