We’ve seen many a Nike Blazer this season — but none quite like this. After dropping the Cortez Classic LX pack wrapped in velvet, the Swoosh applies the same soft opulence onto the Blazer LX. A silhouette most associated with skateboarding, there’s an understated elegance about this iteration. The typical leather construction is instead replaced with a rich, velvet upper to a monochromatic effect. The entire top of the shoe is set in white, black or “Deep Purple” from the Swoosh to the laces and sits above a clean midsole. Take a closer look at the Nike Blazer Low “Velvet” above, then find the pack at Nike on May 30.
