The World's First-Ever Nutella Restaurant Is Opening This Month
Very important.
This month, Nutella will be opening its very first restaurant in Chicago. Located just a block away from Windy City’s iconic Millennium Park, the café will offer a wide range of breakfast food including croissants, yogurt, oatmeal and granola — all drizzled with the famous hazelnut spread, of course. To soothe your sweet tooth, the shop will also be selling a variety of gelato flavors. There’s even a Nutella fondue fountain for those who’re truly obsessed.
While there are a few Nutella-themed cafés around the world, the upcoming store is the company’s first owned and operated restaurant. Ferrero’s vice president of marketing Noah Szporn explains in a statement:
We wanted to create a world of Nutella for our fans that could truly capture the essence of the brand—not just in the dishes that will be served, but in the full experience from the moment you step into the space.
The café is set to launch officially on May 31.
