Shake Shack has been a mainstay on the burger circuit since 2004 and it’s easy to see why. When it’s offering up an array of tasty burgers, hot dogs, cheese fries and of course, their trademark frozen custard, who could resist? Last year the chain announced that most of its locations would be serving gluten-free buns and it’s also seen a steady expansion into international markets, with Shacks now operating in 12 different countries.
For those of you who don’t live near a Shake Shack (and those who do, but need their fix more often), the celebrated burger joint has just released its first cookbook, so you can make all your fave items from the Shake Shack menu in the comfort of your own home. Recipes range from the classic Shackburger to crinkle-cut fries and their famous hand-spun frozen custard. Time to get cooking.
