The 2017 Emojis Are Finally Out – But Only on Twitter

There’s no better excuse to start tweeting.

News of the latest emoji update was announced in March, and we’ve been eagerly anticipating its release ever since. The wait is now over as the new 2017 emoji pack has just become available to use – on Twitter.

That’s right, if you want to use “Shocked Face With Exploding Head” or “UFO,” you’re going to have to tweet it. The 69 new emojis are currently only available on desktop Twitter – iPhone user will need to wait until 2017 September with the iOS 11 roll out. In the meantime, catch all the new emojis over at Emojipedia.
