The BAE Bulletin: Here's Where to Cop Our Favorite Drops for Pride Month
Fly the flag with these Rainbow-hued releases.
This week’s roundup is all about Pride. In case you didn’t know, June is a month of celebration and support for the LGBTQ communities worldwide and some of our best-loved brands have dropped products in honor of Pride, with most even donating portions of proceeds to LGBTQ organizations.
In time for NYC’s Pride March on June 25, we’ve pulled together some of our favorite Pride-themed releases – from Converse’s ’70s-themed All Stars to Opening Ceremony’s embroidered T-shirts. Peep them below and be sure to showcase your Pride all year round.
Release Price: Prices start from $18 USD at the Everlane webstore
Hari Nef leads the way in the campaign for Everlane’s 100% Human release which features T-shirts, crewneck sweatshirts, tank tops and a tote bag adorned with a key statement we can all relate to. It’s an uncomplicated genderless collection, and Everlane is dedicated to donating to the Human Rights Campaign with each product sold.
Release Price: Prices start from $24 USD at Urban Outfitters
Urban Outfitters opts for minimal pale pink, white and blue tones for its release of T-shirts, baseball caps and a long-sleeve top. Some items feature bold rainbow-colored “Love is Love” graphics scattered across, and for those who still want to show their support but need something a little more toned-down, there’s also the option of a T-shirt with a clean line illustration. All proceeds from sales go to GLSEN – an organization that supports LGBTQ+ students in the education system.
Release Price: Prices range from $60 – $115 USD at Opening Ceremony online
Opening Ceremony‘s release has more of a bespoke feel, offering a range of T-shirts, crop tops and crewneck sweatshirts that feature custom embroidery in support of the LGBTQ community. Choose from a myriad of base colors to act as the backdrop for cute designs that range from rainbows to the phrase “Love is equal.” Each item is embroidered to order, so it feels that little bit more extra-special.
Release Price: $110 USD, available at Converse and other select stockists
The Converse All Star is a staple shoe in pretty much everyone’s rotation – the iconic canvas sneaker provides the perfect backdrop for customization and this iteration looks simple but still makes an impact. The striking ’70s-inspired embroidered patches come in the shape of rainbows and peace symbols to celebrate Pride and what makes them even better is that proceeds from sales will benefit the It Gets Better Project and Miley Cyrus’ Happy Hippie Foundation.
Release Price: $95 USD, available at the PUMA webstore
The standout item from PUMA‘s 2017 Pride drop is without a doubt the Clyde. Impossible to miss, the metallic rainbow sole and logo detailing really make this one special sneaker that’s guaranteed to catch everyone’s attention. Other pieces in this pack include a T-shirt, vest, hat and waist bag with rainbow-hued accents, but the Clyde takes center-stage.
Release Price: Prices range from $100 – $200 USD at adidas
There are three sneakers in adidas‘ 2017 Pride drop – the Ultra Boost 3.0, Superstar and EQT Support ADV. Each of these silhouettes feature a monochromatic upper with rainbow-tinted bubble graphics scattered across the upper. The beauty of having three very different sneakers included in this drop is that there’s one to suit most personal styles. Which would you cop?
