Fallen in love with Alessandro Michele’s designs? The all-Gucci look will have a whole new meaning when your home also gets decorated with the creative director’s new Décor line.
The items will include wooden chairs – each took 10 hours to complete – throw pillows and scented candles alongside metal trays, and even wallpaper constructed with materials like silk, vinyl and paper. The porcelain pieces are produced by Richard Ignore, an old Florentine company.
Take a look at every single item above. Gucci Décor will launch online and in select Gucci stores in September. Expect it to be expensive.
A look at the #GucciDécor Chiavari chair, a Ligurian design crafted from wood with a lacquered red finish. Created by #AlessandroMichele, the velvet upholstery is embroidered with a cat head, and clusters of flowers. The intricate motifs are embroidered and then hand-applied, a process that takes approximately 10 hours to complete. Gucci Décor will be launched from September in selected Gucci stores, online at gucci.com and selected specialty stores. Illustration by @alexmerryart.
