For those unaware, KFC is very popular in China – so much so that one Chinese company is making a KFC-branded smartphone. Huawei announced its upcoming release, timed to celebrate the Colonel’s 30 years in the country.
The phone will be available in 16 or 32 GB with both brand logos printed on the red-colored back along with the date 1987 – the year KFC entered China. Bonus: buy one and you have the power to pick the music that plays at restaurants in China.
No word yet on an exact release date, but it’s soon.
