It’s official: KITH Treats is going global. Building upon the unmistakable aesthetic of the Brooklyn original, KITH’s famed cereal bar now arrives in Tokyo sleeker than ever. Dressed in the concept’s hallmark monochromatic palette, the entire facade of the new Japanese branch is adorned with small steel tiles. To complement the contemporary sheen of the exterior, the shop’s white floor tiles bring to mind classic ice cream parlors. Finishing off the modern look are large Carrara marble panels overlaid on the walls, as well as stainless steel millwork.
KITH Treats Tokyo is set to open on Friday, August 25. The cereal bar will be open from 11 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. seven days a week. If you happen to be in Tokyo, make sure to swing by the new location to try out sweet creations such as “The Fiegster,” “Cookies & Queens,” “The SoHo Swirl” and more.
