Color-Changing Hair Is Real Thanks to PRAVANA's New Vivids Mood Hair Color
It changes with the temperature.
From Lime Crime‘s Semi-Permanent Color to K-beauty brand 3CE‘s Treatment Hair Tint, we’ve seen quite a number of dreamy, temporary hair dyes on the market recently. However, there isn’t one that’s quite like PRAVANA‘s upcoming Vivids Mood Hair Color.
Dubbed as the world’s “first-ever heat reactive hair color,” the product literally shifts from one color to another when the temperature changes. As the brand’s product development manager Lissette Cruz tells Allure, even a gust of wind or the heat of the sun can cause the hair color to morph from pink to purple, and from green to highlighter yellow. Watch the video above to see the product work its magic.
The Vivids Mood Hair Color line will be available at select salons beginning September 1. Head over to PRAVANA’s website to learn more.
