IISE's Fall/Winter 2017 "005" Lookbook Sets a New Tone for Korean Streetwear

Take a fresh look at old Seoul.

Korean label IISE has released a vintage-inspired lookbook for the 2017 fall/winter season.  Its latest collection is modeled in vintage cafés, billiard clubs, and barbershops that served as meeting places after the Korean War. The brand reflects on the timelessness of these venues:

“After visiting these establishments, some of which have existed for over 40 years, we realized not much has changed as we found ourselves sharing and discussing our own ideas about the collection in these same places, which served as the inspiration behind ’005.’”

The line is a modern update to sportswear apparel that is minimal yet impactful. We see an oversized pastel pink bomber that arrives in black, navy and gray — this season’s essential colorways.  This, among other cozy gear, secures th collection at the top of our cop list. Take a look at the lookbook above and head to IISE’s site for more information on the release.
