J.W. Anderson's Spring/Summer 2018 Collection Is a Modern "Sanctuary"
A sophisticated interpretation of comfort.
Always known for his contemporary vision of womenswear, J.W. Anderson now provides his own personal commentary on the current state of the world. Shown at London Fashion Week, the designer’s Spring/Summer 2018 collection represents a need for ”sanctuary,” as described in a press note. Paring down his designs, this range’s silhouettes have been humbly refined to sophisticated pieces constructed out of natural fibers, yarn knit, washed out cotton and other unpresuming fabrics. The result is an elegant collection showcasing flowing designs and well-recognized patterns. You can view the full runway presentation in the gallery above.
